-Theoretically, middleweight boxing is more about athleticism, grace, and endurance than violence. I can see Chakotay being into it.
One thing you guys didn’t mention is the Doctor completely switches his stance in the framing scenes and the flashback scenes. Apparently it came in short, so they had to write this runner of the Doc yelling at Chakotayfor several minutes to make their minutes.
What a stinker.

-Oh that’s a good catch! I missed that entirely.

-I recently finished my second full runthrough of Voyager and finally worked up the courage to get into Enterprise past the first few episodes. Opening theme song notwithstanding, I can comfortably say Enterprise is a better Star Trek than Voyager from my perspective in the middle of the second season.
Hearing you talk about these two episodes makes me more comfortable with my opinion that Voyager is the worst of the spinoffs.

-I’m actually really excited to talk about Enterprise!
All Cats Are Beautiful
-I feel like Jason Alexander’s portrayal was what someone who has only seen parodies of Star Trek thinks aliens are like on Star Trek. He uses that weird, breathy alien voice.
Since he was a big star at the time, no one on the production staff could set him straight.
On my second rewatch of Voyager, I have to say this show really isn’t great. I finally mustered up the courage to watch Enterprise, and despite the bad reputation, beyond the Theme song and the fake southern accent on Trip, Enterprise is much more watchable than Voyager.
