The penultimate episode of season 5 of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, “In the Cards”, finds everyone depressed and down, which is a perfect start to a comedy episode! Then, in “Call to Arms”, the Federation finally makes a move against the Dominion. This will end well.

-I love these two episodes but the worst part is that these were the last 2 DS9 episodes released on laserdisc in Japan and god what a cliffhanger!
